Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
By using NEXORA you agree to these terms. They’re written to be readable and to reflect how the product actually behaves — including its payment honesty rule.
1. The service
NEXORA is a website analysis tool: it analyzes public web pages you provide and produces reports, comparisons and exports. The product is provided as-is, self-hosted or in managed form depending on the deployment you use.
2. Accounts & pricing
Paid plans grant monthly audit allowances as published. Allowances are enforced server-side, do not roll over on plans that say otherwise, and upgrade/downgrade behavior follows the plan you select.
3. Payments
Where payment processing is not configured, no charge is attempted and no successful-payment state is ever simulated. You will never receive a confirmation for a payment that did not occur.
4. Acceptable use
You may only analyze sites you own or have permission to analyze. You may not use NEXORA to scan networks or hosts you do not control, to enumerate private infrastructure, or for any activity prohibited by applicable law.
5. Availability
NEXORA makes no uptime guarantees and results reflect a point-in-time snapshot of each analyzed site. Reports are informational and are not a substitute for professional security or accessibility assessment.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXORA provides the service 'as is'. Automated analysis may miss issues or produce false signals; verify critical findings before acting on them.
